愛情は感じられるけど
…なんか嫁さんを一方的に自慢するヤツみたいに、聞かされている方が逆に気恥ずかしくなって「もう、分かったからさぁ〜」って感じ(笑)
ウィングスが全米制覇し、ウィングス=ポール=ビートルズと目されていた76年にリリースされたとあって、今ではイージーリスニングのカバー用に追いやられた感があるポールの゛名曲゛がずらり(ジョージの曲も一曲カバーされていますが)
あまりにもストレート過ぎて、今では考えられない選曲も「こんな時代もあったんだ」と思って聴けば面白いかも(笑)
ま、そんなことチューリップファンには関係ないのだろうが…
でもビートルズのカバーアルバムだと思って購入したチューリップのメンバーの名前さえも知らないチューリップに思い入れがない"ビートルズファン"にとっては確実に「もう、分かったからさぁ〜」と思ってしまうアルバムだ（笑）

The song written and made a hit by Eric Carmen ages ago, covered countless times over the decades. Surprisingly, has always been sung relatively similarly, even when Steve Perry and his immensely powerful voice did it. Nonetheless, Celine does justice to it, with her equally-powerful voice, which she holds even at its most forceful moments.
"When I was young, I never needed anyone, and making love was just for fun; those days are gone. Living alone, I think of all the friends I've known, but when I dial the telephone, nobody's home. All by myself, 'don't wanna be . . . ". Poignant to the point of painful.
Brilliant choice of song to cover. One of two in the album "Falling Into You".
