If you like dancing, then this is THE workout for you!
I've been doing a lot of workouts and own a lot of DVD's. This one is one of my favourites. Especially on days when I feel like partying.
This DVD is divided into warm ups, salsa party 1 & 2, party funk 1 & 2, retro dance 1 & 2, and cool downs. Sometimes I just do my favourite dances and just skip to the cooling downs. It's really good because you get lots of choices here. Or a good long workout, from the beginning, right to the end.
Jennifer Galardi is a very good instructor, and the moves are also easy (but not too easy) to follow. The choreographer is Juliane Arney, also famous in the dance workout world. I've no regrets buying this DVD!

Fat Burningの名前にもあるように、有酸素運動がメインのようです。
ビデオの殆どが有酸素運動のエアロビみたいなダンスで、ピラティスの時間の方が少なめです。
でも、ダンスはとても楽しいです。登場人物も多く、みんなカラフルなコスチュームを着ているので、見てもやっても楽しいです。
それに、登場人物の体がみんな引き締まっていてとてもかっこいいので、モチベーションが上がります。エアロビは３０分くらいです。
最近出たエアロビのビデオはあまりなく、探すのも大変な状態ですし、そんなにエアロビエアロビしてなくてダンスっぽい感じなのでダサくなく、楽しくやれるとこが気に入っています。＋お腹も引き締められたらいいなみたいな感じです。

ただいま妊娠5ヶ月。ヨガ歴1年といったところです。このVTRはなかなか気持ちの良いものでした。英語だけなのではじめは戸惑いますが、すぐになれると思います。

プレミアリーチが見れると聞いて買ったのですが、BGMの音量が大きすぎて台自体の音がすごく聞きづらかったです。
すでにゲームとして発売されているので、そちらを買うほうがいいと思います。
