I was keen to try something to help me deal with recurring back problems. Though it's fairly early days, this DVD really seems to be pretty effective. If you've not done yoga before some of the moves might seem a bit of a strain but as with much exercise, it's amazing how you loosen up after doing it for a week or two.
I think the use of props (blanket, bolster, blocks, chair, strap) seems a bit unnecessary at times, but it's easy to improvise or miss out parts as you wish.
The interviews are naff, and I think he could have cut back on some of the make-up for the introduction, but overall he has a great style, the background's soothing, and it's really enjoyable exercise.

レッスルマニア２０よりも、こっちのほうが完成度が高いと思います。
試合もバランスの良くて、飽きない試合時間。
あの技が出なかったのは残念でしたが、面白い試合でした

2003年のBackLashは3つメイン戦がある。しかし、6man tag team matchとWWE王座戦はメイン戦とは呼べないと思う。
しかし、Rock vs.Goldbarg戦は最高だと思います。それと特典映像の試合後のRockは最高です!!

最初から最後までとことんハードコアマッチ(はっきりいってプロレスとは呼べない)が繰り広げられるので、流血とか好きな人にはそれなりに向いていると思います。
ただ、そういうのが嫌いな人にとっては地雷以外のなにものでもありません。
